23th – 29th January 2023 was “Village Halls Week”, a national campaign, shining a spotlight on the contribution England’s 10,000+ village halls make to rural communities.
On Saturday 28th we held a 50s themed day, with music and games from the 50s.
Our Open Day coincided with International Lego Day, so was the perfect day to show off our wonderful scale model of the new village hall and build possible playgrounds from Lego! We had lots of visitors helping to build a new Lego playground, with some amazing ideas. Great building everyone.
