{"id":2147,"date":"2025-01-23T09:23:53","date_gmt":"2025-01-23T09:23:53","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.bradfieldvillagehall.co.uk\/?page_id=2147"},"modified":"2025-11-03T07:32:45","modified_gmt":"2025-11-03T07:32:45","slug":"renovation-project-2025","status":"publish","type":"page","link":"https:\/\/www.bradfieldvillagehall.co.uk\/?page_id=2147","title":{"rendered":"Renovation Project 2025"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><a href=\"http:\/\/twitter.com\/share?url=https%3A%2F%2Fwww.bradfieldvillagehall.co.uk%2F%3Fpage_id%3D2147&amp;count=none&amp;text=Renovation Project 2025 - \" class=\"twitter-share-button\">Tweet<\/a><\/p>\n<h5 class=\"wp-block-heading\">We are thrilled to announce that our beautifully <strong>renovated hall<\/strong> is officially open and ready for use!<\/h5>\n\n\n\n<p>Step into a space that has been completely transformed with a modern, elegant design and equipped with a<strong> brand new kitchen<\/strong>.   <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>To book your party, meeting, event or to hire the hall to run a class please check availability <a href=\"https:\/\/www.bradfieldvillagehall.co.uk\/?page_id=26\" data-type=\"page\" data-id=\"26\">here<\/a>.    <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>The Bradfield Village Hall Renovation project comprises:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>a new roof and ceiling (replacing the asbestos sheeting)<\/li><li>solar panelling on the south roof, along with battery storage<\/li><li>full insulation of the main hall<\/li><li>a modern heating and cooling system<\/li><li>electrical rewiring of the entire building<\/li><li>a completely new, modern, much larger <strong>kitchen <\/strong>with new appliances<\/li><li>a new toilet block, with an accessible toilet and baby changing unit<\/li><li>an improved fa\u00e7ade at the entrance to the hall<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/www.bradfieldvillagehall.co.uk\/?page_id=2277\">Renovation Photo Gallery<\/a><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The overall vision is to refresh the whole site including the children&#8217;s play area and MUGA. Alongside the village shop and post office, the hall is the hub of the community hosting diverse groups that include WI, Coffee Mornings, Gardening Club  and various local events. The playground is well used by the local community.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Improving the condition of the hall itself has ensured this valuable asset is not lost. The car park is widely used as a drop off point for the local primary school and is a terminus for the community bus.
